Alice Sandahl is a Los Angeles–based songwriter, keyboardist, and vocalist, best known as a founding and longtime member of the acclaimed indie rock band La Luz, where her keys and vocals helped shape the band’s signature surf-inflected sound and rich harmonies. Now focused on her solo work, Sandahl has released two full-length albums that highlight her range as a writer and performer. Bright & Blue (2022) leans into piano-driven songs with jazz-tinged pop sensibilities and introspective lyrics, while Hologram (2025) expands into shimmering synths and emotionally direct songwriting—intimate, sharp, and quietly expansive.
