Join us on Friday, July 18th for a night of ripping sets from Mac Hanson and Rachel Ana Dobken with special guest Matthew Melton. Vinyl spins by Maddie and Riley.
Mac Hanson is an artist with a voice that demands attention and a sound that’s evolved with him. The frontman/bandleader/songwriter of Joshua & The Holy Rollers, his early music was all sweat, swagger, and Southern grit. Now forgoing the moniker in favor of releasing under his own name, Mac blends the rootsy edge of his past with a modern alt-pop feel—think Beck by way of Oklahoma. His music reflects a shift in perspective: one shaped by fatherhood, marriage, and a world seen through a lens trying to be wiser.
