Extra extra read all about it! Landlady are back and older than ever! Adam Schatz has spent the last batch of years touring heavily with Japanese Breakfast & Neko Case, while twisting his own & others' generous arms to work on the newest Landlady album, a song cycle entitled Make Up / Lost Time which is nearly complete. But enough's enough. Schatz woke up in the middle of a late summer night screaming that it was time to play these new songs live, with the vigor of someone half his age and twice his height. It's going to be a riot. Two nights in New York, one night in LA, no backsies. These shows will feature the all-time greats Max Jaffe on drums and Erica Shafer on bass, plus some special additional folks popping in and out of the show.
