During the 1-hour experience, an expert guide provides a comprehensive overview of the history and design of the house and its surrounding gardens. These Sunday-only tours include special access to the owner's room and center patio, which are not open Thursday–Saturday during general-admission hours.
Tours are limited to 12 people. These tours begin at the Visitors Center, across from the entrance to Hollyhock House. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Advance tickets are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Guided tours will also provide insights about special exhibitions, upcoming projects, and the ongoing work of preserving this LA’s first Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home. Guides will share about Hollyhock House’s continuing collaboration with TERREMOTO, the celebrated landscape design firm, which brings new perspectives to the historic landscape of Wright’s garden house and the surrounding art park.
