Gratitude Group

Doing a special last day of the summer Gratitude Group gathering this Sunday 11am - 3:30pm at @delaplayamusic / @barnonhlp. De La Playa is an awesome new venue/record store/non-alcoholic bar in Highland Park. The vibes are 🤌

What to expect:
We’re gonna start at 11:30am with a deep listening/mindfulness meditation to ambient/jazz records followed by intentional journaling 🧘‍♂️👂🎶📝

Followed by a community hang: mocktails, food vendors, board games on the patio, & since Sunday afternoons are for oldies; me & @lurkgxwd will be spinning Soul records ✨

We also have @fremontbrewing doing an N/A beer tasting 🍻
