Once upon an unseasonably cold winter's eve in Los Angeles, nonbinary artist girlish figure woke up startled to find the ghosts of Prince and David Bowie sitting on the edge of their bed, commanding them to produce synth infused genderbent pop that is equal parts sexy and silly. Since they aim to please, girlish obeyed and thus their latest single, Please Her For Pleasure was born. Behind the girlish figure moniker is singer/songwriter/producer Analise Nelson, whose previous projects have been lauded by the likes of LA Weekly, Magnet Magazine, and WORDKRAPHT.
