The Fabulous Ladies of Fitness (FLOF) return to Club Tee Gee for Thursday Night Fever: A Celebration of Soundtracks!
That’s right: we’re devoting an entire evening to soundtrack songs! Get ready for some seriously dirty dancing to pop music from the films that shaped our youth: Flashdance, Footloose, Fame, Purple Rain, Save the Last Dance, The Bodyguard, Breakin’ and Top Gun, plus some retro TV themes that went harder than they had any right to. Join us as we move on up with The Jeffersons, feel the heat of St. Elmo’s Fire, exact the Revenge of The Nerds, and go Beyond Thunderdome!
Ironic, always-optional cardio dance routines provided by various Ladies.
Hydration encouraged.
Dress code: come as your favorite iconic movie character. Or just throw on a sweatband! Because the party is free, but fitness costs. And right here is where you'll start paying: IN SWEAT.
