Reserve your tickets today and experience the premiere of Ecstatic Resistance, an original interdisciplinary dance work by 2026 National Women’s Equality Day Resident Choreographer Katherine Helen Fisher, created in collaboration with MashUp Contemporary Dance Company’s dancers and an extraordinary team of artists.
Blending contemporary dance, live music, emerging technology, AI-generated imagery, and visual art, Ecstatic Resistance brings together composer and vocalist Lisel, creative technologist and media co-designer Shimmy Boyle and Hypereal Labs.
MashUp is also excited to be showcasing work by visual artists Iyana Monet, Kelly Mustapha-Kellet, and Megan Eimerman-Wallace in the space to be purchased during the show weekend.
The work’s media development has also been supported in part through Fisher’s fellowship with ONX Onassis.
