Come Join us on Saturday November 18th as we team up with the SaMo Fund again! This time we will be planting at the legendary Paramount Ranch. We will be restoring land degraded by the woolsey fire. We will be restoring an area next to a riparian corridor which is very valuable for wildlife from butterfly’s to birds.
We will be meeting up at 9am in the parking lot and will be hiking a half mile into the site around 9:15/20. Will will be planting riparian species such as gum plant, golden currant, creeping rye grass, mug wort, and a few elder berry trees.
We will be having live music from some special guests during and after the planting. Expect to enjoy a short sound bath and sets by Mystical Joyride, Brock Pollock and Brett Fromson. pack yourself a lunch and hang out with us to enjoy the beauty of the park and music!
Things we suggest you bring
- Water bottle/ water
- closed toed shoes
- a blanket or mat / camping chair to sit on and enjoy the music
- picnic lunch. We will have some snacks but we recommend you bring what will make you feel nourished.
- Hat and sunscreen
