This highly anticipated stage adaptation of Brian De Palma’s classic film comes to Scribble with two shows this Valentine’s Day weekend. Creator Ian McPherson and Director Dorothy Dubrule have assembled an ensemble cast of wrestlers, actors, drag artists, and comediennes to tell a tale of teen angst gone tragically awry. Audience members are encouraged to dress in prom attire (you won’t get blood on you) and are invited to soirée with the cast after each show, so bring a date! Just don’t bring…CARRIE
This production is directed and choreographed by Dorothy Dubrule and adapted and created by Ian McPherson. It stars Mikki Yamashiro, Jason Black, Kat Toledo, Ian McPhersom, Amy Von Harrington, Alina Richard Brennaman, Peach Peters Gilmore, and Jess Hemingway, and features puppets by Freak Nature Puppets.
